2-4-10 Please pass the word that Leslie Barnes, Former Court Administrator for the 11th Circuit, is in Critical Care and will be flown from Clarksdale, MS to Memphis, TN today to undergo Major Heart Surgery at Methodist Central. Please keep her and her family in Prayers.

2-2-10 As I'm sure all of you know by now Chief Justice Waller enterd the attached Order last week. Kudos to Justice Waller for coming to bat for the Judiciary like he did and basically explaining the difference in the types of government. If you have not had a chance to read it, here it is. So many of us have been worried about furloughs for us and other support staff. Hopefully this Order nips that in the bud. Fiscal Year 2010 Judicial Branch Order
